About Our Service & Products

What is the White Glove Service?
It is our signature comprehensive support system designed to assist healthcare providers through the advanced wound care treatment process. We handle the administrative, logistical, and financial complexities so you can focus on patient care.

How do you select your products?
Every product we offer must meet three strict criteria:
It must have a proven clinical benefit for the patient.
It must be on the Medicare ASP list to ensure a clear path to reimbursement.
It must be from a manufacturer that provides a robust support system for providers.

Are all of your products approved by Medicare?
Yes. A core part of our strategy is exclusively distributing products listed on the Medicare Average Sales Price (ASP) list. This ensures they are recognized by Medicare and eligible for reimbursement.
We update our offerings quarterly to align with the most current ASP list and latest skin technology innovations.

The Reimbursement Process

How do you provide wound care billing support?
We have partnerships with expert third-party billing companies that specialize in amniotic skin grafts. They bring years of experience and a thorough understanding of the reimbursement process to ensure your claims are submitted correctly for smooth and timely payments.

How do you help with documentation?
We have a vast network of wound care experts including providers, medical directors and compliance professionals that continually educate our teams with recommended best practices. These include items such as optimization plans, checklists and templates that will assist providers with navigating compliance. Several of our wound care billing experts even provide documentation review as part of their service.

What happens if a claim is denied?
Our support extends beyond the initial claim submission. In the case of delays, denials, or other issues, our expert billing partners assist with reviews, appeals, and audits.
Why is wound care reimbursement so complex?

There are several reasons for this.
Documentation requirements from payers like Medicare are incredibly specific, requiring precise wording and protocols to prove medical necessity. Different insurance plans have vastly different rules and timelines. For example, a standard Medicare Part B plan has a much faster authorization process than a Medicare Advantage plan. Product eligibility is tied to lists like the Medicare ASP list, which changes regularly, adding another layer of complexity. Our White Glove Service was specifically designed to manage all these moving parts so you don't have to.
